DMCA Policy for 30 Minute South Indian Chicken Curry

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

To be effective, a Counter Notification must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:
- Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the complaining party. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity on the Site within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore the removed material or re-enable access to it.
